"I can't thank you enough for your help. You have calmed me and shown me how to take control of my dog, with immediate results regarding some issues.

I have read books and dvds but nothing compared to having you with me for help, guidance and advice.

Your book was very enjoyable to read and very informative with good practical examples.

You were great company on our walks.

Thank you so much"  Tara, Belfast

"We can't thank you enough for your help as you know we were at the end of our tether with him and now he is a pleasure to walk.

Thank you so much for giving us our lovely dog back!!!!!!

P.S.  Techniques working fantastic with Keshi too and she no longer pulls on the lead either.  Walks are an absolute pleasure!!!!"  Alan, County Down

"Baxter my 2yr old lab x collie was famous for being a hyper-active, unruly, out of control beast. I had previously tried several trainers with no success, and then I met Caroline.

My session with Caroline lasted only 3 hours but in that time I learned so much. The advise Caroline gave was so simple to put into practice, and also so easy for Baxter to understand that he began to show improvement almost immediately. I was more than a little skeptical that I would see improvements within 30 minutes but true to her word Caroline had Baxter walking to heel and behaving like a "Good Boy" in no time.

Before Caroline, Baxter would pull hard on his lead, push people out of the way to get through doors first and leap all over guests, occasionally bringing a few to the floor with his rock like skull and ability to headbutt just the right area. When out for a walk he was constantly on edge trying to protect his pack and so never enjoyed the everyday delights of sniffing and chasing sticks. The stress-free big puppy rolling around our garden now is almost like a differnt dog altogether. He is so much more relaxed and happy. People who hadn't seen him since the training were amazed at the change in him. He's still the same energetic dog he always was but now he actually has the freedom to be a dog and play like a dog, instead of worrying about his pack and being leader all the time.

I would definately recommend Caroline to anyone with pooch problems. Her no nonsense approach is effective yet gentle. She does not critise or belittle the owners, and is more than happy to dish out belly rubs to anyone with a waggy tail.

Caroline did more than show me how to train my dog, she gave me my best friend back." Claire, County Down.

“Caroline came to visit me in my home, I thought she was a stranger but she was kind and really understood me.  She gave me lots of kisses and cuddles and then we played with my favourite toy.  When we went for a walk I felt safe and then she introduced me to some new doggie friends.  I really enjoyed the day that Caroline came to visit.” Dictated by Scooby.

“Scooby is not always the most obedient dog, and can be boisterous with strangers, but Caroline managed him with confidence, she obviously loves animals…She also listens and seems to tailor her approach to the individual needs of your pet.  Caroline is an easy, friendly person to get along with.  She is not only reliable and trustworthy, but also very knowledgeable in animal care and behaviour.  We have no hesitation in strongly recommending Caroline.” Gill and Scooby, Donaghadee.

"Caroline was brilliant she quickly diagnosed what Nuska's problem was, observed him as we went for a walk and advised how to deal with the problem. On top of that she was able to tell he was having trouble with his back leg which has now been fixed after a visit to the vet, the training is coming along nicely and I am very pleased with Carolines services - especially the after care and advice over the phone. Good service is hard to find these days as well as good people and Caroline gets 10 out 10 for both, thanks for all your help you deserve your own tv programme!" Mr B, Belfast.

Nuska

"Caroline spent three hours with Sam at our vet who was previously intent on displaying aggression during every visit.  During the course of the visit Sams problems were addressed and an improvement in his temperament was drastically seen.  Caroline identified to ourselves how we also needed to change our behaviour.  Sam is now on the way to be the dog that he should be.  Many many thanks"  Elaine and Matt, County Down.

“Applying the simple methods Caroline showed us has made a massive difference.  Everyone is much happier!” Mr & Mrs K, Antrim

"After being almost at my wits end with two large dogs (St Bernard & Golden Retreiver) that constantly pulled me down the road when we were out for a walk I was completely fed up with having sore feet and sore hands during every walk. Walking was no longer a pleasure and more of a chore which none of us enjoyed. Having been the laughing stock of my street with many passers by and neighbours saying "are they taking you for a walk" or "you have yours hands full - don't you" followed by a look of despair I decided to contact Caroline to see if she could help me. After only one training session Caroline had shown me the techniques on how to get both my dogs to walk to heel. After only a few more nights both Honey & Dave are totally transformed, they are calm, walk to heel and once again walks are now a pleasure and no longer a chore - it was an amazing transformation that I thought could never happen. Thank You Caroline - you have no idea how much you have changed all our lives for the better."  Leanne, Co Down.

"I have the privilege of recommending Caroline to teach you how to train and discipline  your dog. She is authoritative but very gentle and loving. My dog really respected her and that spoke volumes to me. She also made contact a few months later to find out how I was getting on. I had new problems to deal with and she readily offered me advice which worked.

The results are instant and my once hyperactive Yorkshire Terrier became more pleasure than pain after following Caroline's advice.

On a personal note, Caroline has a very friendly and non-judgemental temperament. She is very considerate in the way she teaches the owner how to behave. She never criticizes and is extremely patient. I instantly felt she was more of a friend than a stranger. The big factor that I find unusual for a business arrangement is that Caroline wants to know how things are going with you and your pet and encourages correspondence to keep in touch.

I highly recommend her and it is definitely good value for money.
" Joan, County Down.

"Things with Max are going great! He is much calmer now and a pleasure to take him out for a walk!  He's getting better and better! He hasn't tried to get up on the sofa again which is great! He is in the house much more now and I think he is calmer because he is getting more attention!" Pam, County Antrim.

"Caroline has her own unique way of training a dog, not like any training class I have ever been to, it is quick and it really works, wow!" Sara, Antrim.

"Finn has issues with other dogs and as a last resort, after being bitten by him, I called Caroline in.  Previously we had found trainers to be condescending and judgemental so to be able to talk with Caroline and not feel like a naughty school boy was very refreshing.  We now realise that Finns aggression is not borne of anger but is a result of fear.  We have now taken to following other dog walkers around parks (much to their bemusement) and slowly trying to show Finn that other dogs are not going to eat him!"  Mr and Mrs B.

"You were able to identify problems and solutions very quickly and the explanations you gave for these really helped us to understand what was going on.  By following your advice her behaviour change was almost immediate, we now have a calm dog which we can trust and who is much happier.  I found the experience not only very helpful but also very interesting due to your clear explanation and instruction and reassurance.  Also we have had comments from friends about the change in her, that her spirit remains but she is much calmer and easier to control." Joy, Belfast.

"...she's got some gift with the dogs, I didn't think anyone could fix this dog - he was a monster no one could touch him, now he is the friendliest dog in the world.  Unbelievable.  Would recommend her to anyone."  John, Antrim

"In just few hours Caroline has changed our future, from having short stressful walks we now have longer walks and although its early days, the future is looking good, thank you Caroline" Colleen and Alfie, County Antrim.

"We looked forward to Caroline's arrival after weeks of frustration with our new dog and we were not disappointed. She was able to clearly assess the problem and made clear recommendations to good effect. She did so in a non patronising manner and made the whole session enjoyable. We now know how to deal with the unwanted behaviour and are reassured that Caroline is there if we have any further queries. Thank you so much!" Grainne, Co Antrim.

"This whole experience was money well spent - Caroline so obviously a dog lover as all training carried out with great sensitivity.  After 3 hours definitely cracked the problem." Margaret, County Down.

"Caroline showed me how to correct my own behaviour which was affecting theirs, and helped me build my confidence....Your relaxed and friendly approach worked for me.  You never made me feel undermined at anytime.  I felt like I was on a walk with a friend.  I also liked your outlook on dogs and how each one is different." Lisa, County Down.
