Currently bookings are taken in good faith and no deposit is taken, when you book an appointment your time slot is reserved exclusively for you and will not be offered to anyone else. When appointments are cancelled at short notice Caroline Jenkins reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of half the cost of the consultation if notice is between 24 and 72 hours of the start of the consultation and the full cost of the consultation if less than 24 hours notice is given, this charge will be deducted from the cost of your consultation should you decide to re-book your appointment within 12 weeks of the date of the original appointment. You will receive a letter with full details of any charges that have been applied and how you can pay them within a few days of your consultation, charges must usually be paid within 14 days of the date of the letter. If you need to re-schedule your appointment in most cases no charge will be made as long as the new date is arranged at the time of cancellation.
